Marcel has been active in the commercial real estate market for more than 20 years. He serves as a Transaction Manager at RSJ Investments, specializing in real estate investments, acquisitions, and development projects. In addition to executing transactions, he is managing and overseeing the company’s industrial and logistics development portfolio. He has a strong background in both advisory and principal-side investing, with experience spanning the full transaction lifecycle. Prior to RSJ Investments, he held senior roles in REICO, Colliers and CBRE, working with banks, funds, developers, and institutional investors.
Marcel holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Management and is a member of RICS.
