Marcel has been active in the commercial real estate market for more than 13 years. He has extensive experience in providing valuation and advisory services to banks, real estate funds, investors, developers, and property owners in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
He began his career in the real estate sector in 2005 as a researcher at CBRE, and in 2007 he moved to the valuation department. He joined Colliers International in October 2014 and currently serves there as Head of Valuation and Advisory.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from University of Economics, Prague and an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Management from Sheffield Hallam University and Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom. Since 2008, he has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
