Michaela Kloudová

Michaela Kloudová is an architect and project manager working at the intersection of urban development, design, and public-sector planning. Between 2014 and 2020, she worked at the Office of Projects and Competitions at the Prague Institute of Planning and Development (IPR Praha), where she focused on the organization of architectural competitions, the urban design of public spaces, and methodologies for public procurement based on qualitative criteria. Since 2020, she has been working at the Prague Development Company (PDS), where she coordinates urban development in the Nové Dvory area near a planned metro station. She is also engaged in architectural practice, focusing on urban design and projects for municipalities, often employing research-by-design approaches, as well as on the organization of architectural competitions. Her doctoral research explores the potential for converting office buildings into housing.
