Petr Návrat

Petr Návrat, MRTPI, is an urban planner and economist, founder of ONplan and coordinator of the master’s programme Plánování a development (MSc in Integrated Urban Development) at FA CTU in Prague. Between 2015 and 2022 he taught and coordinated courses in urban regeneration, urban design and spatial planning at the Architecture Institute Prague. He founded ONplan in 2014 as a Prague-based planning consultancy. He co-authored the handbook Sustainable Neighbourhoods for the 21st Century. From 2013 to 2016, he worked at the Prague Institute of Planning and Development, contributing to the city’s strategic plan, establishing the Office of Public Participation and preparing the Public Participation Manual. He previously worked in Sri Lanka with GIZ on local planning reform and on projects in Cuba, the Philippines, Cambodia, and Nepal. He studied at The Bartlett School of Planning, UCL and the University of Economics in Prague.
